Revolutionising how working parents do childcare, CoWork Crèche was introduced as an alternative to daycare in response to a need for flexible childcare for working professionals on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
We are a coworking space with an onsite crèche and childcare service designed to enable parents to meet their working goals but also remain close and available to their children.
We believe in providing a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.
We allow parents to book full or half day options which can be changed on a weekly basis depending on their working commitments.

Our Story
After 8 years working in the legal industry as a solicitor, our founder Melody Bouffler became a Mum to a beautiful baby boy.
"Upon returning to work part-time after 4 months of maternity leave, I struggled to juggle the demands of working from home for a busy family law practice and caring for my baby boy, but did not want to send him to daycare at such a young age and even if I did, it was almost impossible to find a centre with the flexibility I required for my work commitments.
I realised that this was an issue many of my clients also faced in their daily lives, recently separated parents with a reduced support system that needed to generate an income to support their children. These parents were unable to increase their working hours or return to the work force due to limited daycare availabilities."
There came to light an idea - a coworking space that allowed parents to achieve pre-children work productivity levels with onsite childcare to enable them to remain close to their babies.
