What do I need to bring for my child?
Please ensure all items are clearly labelled. Pack your child’s bag with:
✅ All food and snacks (containers separated so our staff know when to feed each item; fridge storage available)
🚫 No eggs or nuts permitted (for allergy safety). Please advise staff of any allergies and provide emergency medication if required.
🍼 Water bottle, milk bottles, formula or expressed milk
🛏️ Cot sheet and sleep sack/blanket (our Centre is air-conditioned)
👕 Spare change of clothes
🧸 Dummies, soothers, or comfort blanket
🧴 Nappies and creams (wipes are supplied by us)
If you are a regular user, you may store these items at the centre for future use.

Signing In + Check‑In Policy
Your child will be signed into our OWNA system upon arrival.
You must inform staff when leaving the premises with your child so that your child can be checked out of OWNA at the conclusion of their session.
A parent/guardian must remain onsite and be contactable at all times.
If called to the Crèche, you must return immediately. Failure to do so may result in suspension of service.
Maximum session length: 3 hours. After 3 hours, you must check in on your child. A new session can then commence immediately.

How does the Crèche work?
Parents/guardians are responsible for the care of their child unless otherwise communicated to staff.
If you would like CoWork Crèche staff to feed, change, toilet, or settle your child for sleep, please provide all required items and inform staff at drop‑off.
You may be called back if your child is distressed and cannot be settled, or if they become unwell.

What should I do if my child is sick?
Sick or unwell children cannot be accepted into the Crèche to avoid the spread of illness.
If staff assess your child as unwell, you will be contacted and must collect them immediately.

Where can I park?
Onsite parking is available at the front and rear of the building (look for marked signage).
Additional all-day parking is available on Hoyle Avenue.

Meeting and Call Room Bookings
You will receive a ClearRooms link to access our Meeting and Call Room booking system (downloadable via the app).
Bookings are limited to 2 hours per session.
